No. Every Done Detail van carries its own water, generator power, and pressure washer. We just need a legal place to park within a few car lengths of your vehicle.
We reclaim it on every job. A containment mat captures the runoff, we vacuum it back into an onboard tank, and it goes to sanitary sewer at an approved facility. Nothing enters the storm drain — Metro Vancouver stormwater bylaws require it, and it's the right thing to do.

Interior work goes ahead rain or shine — this is Vancouver, after all. We only hold off on exterior water below 2°C, which is rare here. If weather ever compromises the exterior result, we'll rebook the next window at no charge.
